Check-in

Our check-in terminal allows you to check in anytime from 2 PM on the day of arrival until 7 AM on the day of departure, independent of reception hours.

Retrieve your reservation at the terminal using your reservation number.

Please pay with your EC, debit, or credit card with PIN (Maestro, Mastercard, Vpay, or Visa) unless the costs are covered by your company.

To verify your identity, place your passport, driver’s license, or ID card – as shown on the display – on the document scanner.

Now, enter some personal details, such as your address.

Confirm your registration details with your signature on the screen.

You will then receive your room card(s) and receipt. For a company invoice, please contact graz-seiersberg@eee-hotel.at via email.

For check-out, please drop your room card(s) into the mailbox next to the check-in terminal by 12 PM on the day of departure.
